As a one-woman wellness hub, I offer personal training programs. I provide recovery, yoga, and stress management. I also facilitate lifestyle changes along with wellness coaching. I offer meditation techniques, energetic healing and creative expression as well. These activities help to align your mind, body, and connection.

You’ll receive a personalized Body Alignment blueprint after completing intake and movement assessments. You’ll get customized fitness, recovery, stress management, nutrition, meditation and mindset exercises to invite harmony into your life. You’ll become apart of community to enhance your sense of belonging and deepen your connections.

After completing a questionnaire, you’ll receive a Body Alignment Success Plan. From there, I’ll create your personal training and yoga sessions. These sessions focus on aligning the body. They also aim to improve physical and emotional well-being. Building healthy habits for your body to function optimally.

Changing your mind changes your life
Guided meditation practices to cultivate emotional clarity and inner peace. Mindset challenges to enhance resiliency, grit & acceptance. Thinking bigger and smarter while rebounding back into the present moment.

After diving deep into your mental patterns, we can address food and stack healthy habits. We will aim to deepen your relationships and connections to what’s meaningful in your life. Having strong and healthy relationships in your life helps you thrive. You’ll continue to connect more deeply with yourself and nature.
